What groups ask before they book the desert to themselves.
What makes the VIP private ATV tour different?
It’s your group and your group only, a private guide, a custom start time, and the pace you want, with room for luxury add-ons. No sharing the trail with strangers. Everything from our standard U-Drive tour is included, just entirely private.
How much does a private VIP tour cost, and what is the group minimum?
Private VIP tours start at $349 per 2-seat buggy with a 2-buggy minimum, and scale to any group size. Every buggy includes your machine, a private guide, all safety gear, water and snacks, free adventure photos and all trail permits. Check availability & book.
Can we choose our own start time?
Yes, that’s the point of going private. Pick a morning ride, a midday run or a golden-hour sunset tour, and we build the trip around your group and the day you have planned.
Do I need experience, and what are the age requirements?
No experience needed, a full safety briefing and your private guide lead the whole route. Drivers must be 16 or older with a valid license, and passengers must be at least 8 years old to ride.
Where do you meet, and do you serve Phoenix?
We ride exclusive Tonto National Forest trails just northeast of Scottsdale, about 45 minutes from Old Town, 50 from downtown Phoenix, and an easy drive from Mesa, Tempe and the East Valley. Exact directions come with your booking.
What is the cancellation policy for private tours?
Cancellations are handled by phone and must be made at least 48 hours ahead for a refund, less a cancellation fee of $50 per buggy on private tours. Cancel within 48 hours for a 50% refund; within 24 hours, or a no-show, there is no refund. Corporate events are non-refundable within 14 days. To cancel, call (480) 837-3966.
