Do you handle transportation from our hotel?
Yes — for an additional charge, we offer round-trip pick-up and drop-off from Scottsdale and Phoenix's premier resorts, hotels and rentals, including The Phoenician, JW Marriott, Valley Ho and The W.

For groups that want to be outside and actually remember the day, a guided Sonoran Desert ATV/UTV off-road tour is hard to beat — everyone drives their own machine, there is no fitness barrier, and the shared adventure builds real connection that escape rooms and ropes courses do not. We run team events across Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa and the wider Valley for groups of 2 to 100+.
Do you offer team-building activities in Phoenix and across Arizona, not just Scottsdale?
Yes. Our trailhead is a short, scenic drive from downtown Phoenix, the East Valley and Scottsdale, and we welcome teams from across Arizona — including companies flying in for conferences and retreats. Private hotel and venue transportation is available for an additional charge.
Can everyone on the team take part, even non-riders?
Yes. The U-Drive experience is easy and welcoming to every fitness level, and anyone who’d rather not drive can ride along as a passenger. Every event opens with a full safety briefing and a guide leads the whole route.
How large a group can you accommodate?
Any size. Our 2-seat buggies scale to fit the whole team, and for bigger crews our concierge planning handles the logistics end to end.
Do you handle transportation and logistics for corporate events?
We can. Round-trip pickup from your hotel or office and full itinerary planning are available — tell us the group and the goal and we’ll build the day around it. We serve teams across Scottsdale, Phoenix and the East Valley.
How does corporate pricing work?
Every corporate event is a custom quote based on group size and add-ons. Call (480) 837-3966 or send your details and we’ll put together a proposal.
What are the age and experience requirements?
No experience needed. Drivers must be 16 or older with a valid license, and passengers must be at least 8 years old to ride.
What is the cancellation policy for corporate events?
Corporate events are non-refundable within 14 days of the tour. Outside that window our standard policy applies — cancel at least 48 hours ahead for a refund less the per-buggy fee. To make changes, call (480) 837-3966.
